    Clark County, Washington - Owner and winemaker, Walt Houser, is selflessly helping Michele out with getting the vineyard going.
  • Bodegas Familia Antonietti
    San Martin, Mendoza, Argentina - Andrés Antonieti and his daughter Betiana toured Liz and Jay around a few of the smaller vineyards in Mendoza before lunching with their whole family at their newly opened winery. We were their first guests.
  • Hanna Winery
    Healdsburg, CA - This is the beautiful Alexander Valley winery where Liz and Jay were married in 1999.
  • hip CHICKS do WINE
    Portland, Oregon - An urban winery in an industrial section of Portland. Very fun group and a ton of special events.
  • Rusty Grape Vineyards
    Clark County, Washington - just down the road from Michele.
  • Shinn Estate
    Mattituck, Long Island, New York - Barbara Shinn and David Page run a small Long Island winery as a model for biodiverse farming practices. I helped harvest the rose' in the fall of 06'with their new winemaker Juan Eduardo Micieli-Martinez.

I really enjoyed reading your story about winederlust how it all started I have the passion of wine and food since I firts started working at a hotel in sydney that led me to work at a winery in then hunter valley then taking wine courses cooking with wine then traveling to wine regions in australia and new zealand. then working at a winery in temecula riverside county taking wine courses in california.

I love to travel wrote my first book about backpackimng around australia taking wine tours.

I plan on doing my first wine book san diego wineries using a different theme

I would like to stay in touch with you guys because your wine and food ambitions get me excited to do mine.

I have dual citizenship american and australian

I am going to hong kong and china in may an plan on doing some wine searches.

How was it to setting up your wine blog to tell your stories. I am thinking of doing something like that but also adding photo's
